OneShake collects the following information to provide our drink review service:

• Account Information: Email address, username, display name, profile picture (optional), bio (optional)
• Review Content: Drink reviews, ratings, notes, photos you upload
• Location Data: Approximate location (city/state) when searching for restaurants and bars. We do NOT continuously track your location.
• Usage Data: App usage statistics, crash reports (to fix bugs)
• Device Information: Device type, OS version (for compatibility)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and improve the OneShake app
• Display your reviews to other users
• Search for restaurants and bars near you
• Send important account notifications (optional)
• Prevent spam and abuse
• Fix bugs and improve performance

3. Information Sharing

We do NOT sell your personal information.

We share information only with:

• Other Users: Your public reviews, username, profile picture, and bio are visible to all app users
• Service Providers: Supabase (database), Google (maps/places), AdMob (ads) — only as necessary to provide the service
• Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights

4. Data Storage & Security

• Your data is stored securely using Supabase (industry-standard encryption)
• Photos are stored in secure cloud storage
• Passwords are encrypted and never stored in plain text
• We use HTTPS for all data transmission

5. Your Rights & Choices

You have the right to:

• Access: View all your data in the app (Profile screen)
• Edit: Update your profile, reviews, and photos anytime
• Delete: Delete individual reviews or your entire account
• Export: Request a copy of your data (email oneslurp-app@proton.me)

6. Delete Your Account

You can delete your account at any time:

1. Visit one-slurp.com/sipdelete-account.html
2. Enter your email and password
3. Click "Delete My Account"

This will permanently delete:

• Your account and profile information
• All your reviews and photos
• All app data associated with your account

Note: This action cannot be undone.

7. Age Requirement & Legal Drinking Age

OneShake is intended for adults of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction. In the United States, this is 21 years of age. Users outside the United States must meet the minimum legal drinking age in their country or region.

We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the legal drinking age in their jurisdiction. If we learn that we have collected personal information from someone under the legal drinking age, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

8. Responsible Use

OneShake is a platform for reviewing and discovering drinks. We are committed to promoting responsible alcohol consumption:

• Never drink and drive. OneShake does not condone driving under the influence of alcohol under any circumstances.
• Know your limits. Please drink in moderation.

9. Advertising

OneShake displays ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may use:

• Device advertising ID
• General location (not precise GPS)
• Usage data for personalized ads

You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.

10. Third-Party Services

OneShake uses these third-party services:

• Supabase: Database and authentication (Privacy Policy)
• Google Maps/Places: Restaurant and bar search (Privacy Policy)
• Google AdMob: Advertisements (Privacy Policy)

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via:

• In-app notification
• Email (if provided)
• Updated "Last updated" date on this page
