This action is permanent
Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered. Your account is shared across all One-Source apps (OneShake, OneSurp, One-Stay) — deleting it will remove access to all three.
What Will Be Deleted
When you delete your One-Stay account, the following data is permanently removed across all One-Source apps:
- 👤 Your profile, username, display name, and avatar
- 🗝️ All stay reviews, ratings, and notes
- 📸 All uploaded photos (review images and profile picture)
- 💬 All comments you've made on other reviews
- 👥 Your friends list and all friend connections
- 🔔 All notification history and preferences
- 🏆 Your leaderboard rank and loves given/received
How to Delete Your Account
Send an email to our support team with your account details:
- Send an email to support@one-slurp.com
- Use the subject line: "Delete One-Stay Account"
- Include the email address associated with your account
- Optionally include your username so we can locate your account faster

Account deletion requests are processed within 48 hours. You'll receive a confirmation email once your data has been removed.
