End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Catrick Enterprises for the use of One-Stay.
1. License Grant
Catrick Enterprises grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use One-Stay on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Sell, rent, or sublicense the App
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Remove any proprietary notices from the App
3. Intellectual Property
One-Stay and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Catrick Enterprises and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
4. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App.
5. Disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. CATRICK ENTERPRISES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
