1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using OneStay ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
OneStay is operated by Catrick Enterprises. Your account is shared across all OneSource apps (OneShake, OneSlurp, OneStay).
2. Use of the App
You must be at least 13 years old to use OneStay. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You agree to use OneStay only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the App.
Prohibited conduct includes:
- Posting false, misleading, or defamatory reviews
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
- Posting content that infringes any intellectual property rights
- Attempting to access other users' accounts
- Using the App for any commercial solicitation without permission
3. User Content
You retain ownership of reviews, photos, and other content you submit ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant Catrick Enterprises a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the App.
You are solely responsible for your User Content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
4. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting support@one-slurp.com.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
OneStay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any information provided is accurate.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Catrick Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of OneStay.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
