How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account in the app, or visit the OneSlurp, OneShake, or OneStay account deletion page.

How do I reset my password?

Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen. You'll receive an email with a reset link.

Are OneSlurp, OneShake, and OneStay the same app?

They're sister apps from the same team — all sharing the same social network! OneSlurp is for soup reviews, OneShake is for cocktails and drinks, and OneStay is for hotel, Airbnb, cruise, and campsite reviews.

How long does it take to get a response?

We aim to respond within 48 hours. Bug reports are prioritized.
