Common Questions

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account in the app, or visit the OneSlurp or OneShake account deletion page.

How do I reset my password?

Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen. You'll receive an email with a reset link.

Are OneSlurp and OneShake the same app?

They're sister apps from the same team! OneSlurp is for soup reviews, OneShake is for cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits.

How long does it take to get a response?

We aim to respond within 48 hours. Bug reports are prioritized.
